Two ways in — one for the office, one for the van.
Email and password for owners and admins, a personal code for the crew.
Owners and admins sign in with email and password; a forgot-password link emails a reset, and the password rules — minimum length, upper and lower case, and a number — show live as you type. Electricians sign in with a personal code created for them by the office, reusable until it's deleted, which means no crew email addresses to manage and no shared logins. "Forgot your code" sends it back to the phone number or email on the member's record. Sessions persist: installed on a phone home screen, Voltline stays signed in until the person deliberately signs out.
